About Chromium Nitrate

Chromium Nitrate is inorganic compound which is most commonly used in dyeing industry. It is said to have chemical formula Cr(NO3)3 in anhydrous form with molar mass of 238.011 g/mol. This compound appears as blue to violet colored crystals that decomposes on boiling above 100 degrees Celsius. It is highly pure in nature and assures excellent effectiveness for the purpose it is being used. Chromium Nitrate is water soluble in nature and also finds application for pickling and production of alkali metal-free catalysts. It is also required for synthesis of chromium coordination complexes.
