About Chromium Chloride

Chromium Chloride offered by us is hexahydrate form having molecular weight of 266.45 g/mol with chemical formula CrCl3.6H2O. It is most commonly used as catalyst and precursor to wool dyes. It is slightly soluble in water and shows insolubility in ethanol, ether, & acetone. Chromium Chloride can directly be prepared by chlorination of chromium metal under controlled conditions.
